I'll work with you to find a pathway that's right for you.

If you meet with me we'll discuss what your needs are, what you'd like to be different, and you can determine if I'm the right person for you.

Establishing a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship is foundational to my practice. I believe that you're the expert on you and your life. Together, we can navigate your unique challenges and find the most suitable path forward.

One size does not fit all in therapy.  I have a wide range of therapeutic modalities to draw from, and will work with you to find what suits your particular needs.

In your first session I'll spend some time getting to know you and what you're hoping to gain through sessions.  I'll often have you complete some simple questionnaires before your session so we can establish a starting point.

The standard session is 50-60 minutes long.  Occasionally, particularly if we are doing EMDR work, sessions may go a little longer.  The session fee will remain the same as if the session was completed in 60 minutes.

Alice acknowledges working and living on unceded lands of Australia’s first nations peoples. Nations who have connection to land, waters, spirituality, resources, and community.  Alice respects the land as first nations' Country where language, arts, knowledge, and culture has been shared and practised for time immemorial.
May we walk gently on this land and treat the land and each other with kindness and respect.
